1-Year Limited Warranty

Category Details
What the Warranty Covers For a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, your item is protected against manufacturing defects, structural defects or faulty workmanship, material defects impacting normal use, and missing parts or incorrect components.
Approved Claims If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide replacement of defective parts, full product replacement, partial refund or compensation, or full refund (case-by-case).
Damage from Misuse Damage from misuse, neglect, or abuse is not covered under warranty.
Normal Wear and Tear Normal wear and tear including scratches, fading, pilling, and marks are not covered.
Pet Damage Damage caused by pets is not covered under warranty.
Water and Weather Damage Water damage or exposure to outdoor weather (unless rated for outdoors) is not covered.
Unauthorized Repairs Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.
Transportation Damage Damage caused during moving or transportation after delivery is not covered.
Exclusions Products purchased outside EloyRoyal.com, clearance items, final sale items, or items with their own manufacturer policies are not covered.

Outdoor Furniture Warranty Notes

  • Outdoor swings, jhulas, and patio furniture are covered only for defects related to manufacturing or materials.

  • Weathering or damage caused by environmental exposure is not covered.
