We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, inspect it thoroughly and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants; custom products like special orders or personalized items; and personal care goods like beauty products. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new one once the return is approved.

European Union 7-Day Cooling-Off Period:

The European Union has a 7-day cooling-off period, which allows you to purchase an item and then return it within 7 days for a full refund.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason or without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
