Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unassembled
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include original packaging
- Include all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Do not ship any item back without written authorization from our support team.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Eloy Royal will cover the cost of the replacement shipment and provide appropriate resolution instructions.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the applicable return period.
Exchange requests must meet all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for standard returns:
- Fully assembled products
- Modified or altered products
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Products missing original packaging, hardware, manuals, or components required for resale
- Clearance, final-sale, or non-returnable promotional items
- Custom-made or special-order products
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items

Missing Parts or Assembly Issues
Some furniture products require assembly.

Damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may enter processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If cancellation is unavailable, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
