Where We Ship

Eloy Royal currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all US orders. No minimum order value. No hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Orders placed after business hours or during weekends begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Estimated delivery timeline from order placement: 6–13 business days total.

Delivery may occur Monday through Sunday depending on the carrier.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@eloyroyal.com with your order number.

Delivery Issues

Late deliveries: If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us immediately.

Missed deliveries: If a delivery attempt was made while you were unavailable, follow the instructions on the carrier's notification. Contact us if you need assistance.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours at support@eloyroyal.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives visibly damaged, email support@eloyroyal.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Do not discard the packaging until the matter is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
