4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may enter processing and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If cancellation is no longer possible, customers may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or international destinations.

Processing times are typically 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
