Return Eligibility

- Be returned in the same condition as received

- Be free from damage caused by misuse, modification, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear
- Be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
Returns requested after the 7-day return period will not be accepted.

Customers must receive return authorization and instructions from our support team before sending any item back.
Returns shipped without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Eloy Royal will provide appropriate resolution instructions and cover any replacement-related shipping costs where applicable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the applicable return period.

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Products that have been modified, altered, or customized
- Products showing signs of use, wear, misuse, or customer-caused damage

- Clearance, final-sale, or non-returnable promotional items

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.
After evaluation, Eloy Royal will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, repair assistance, store credit, or a refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Description of the issue
We will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Missing Parts or Assembly Issues
Some furniture products require assembly.
If you discover missing parts or manufacturing defects during assembly, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the affected components
- Description of the issue
Damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may enter processing and cancellation may no longer be available. If cancellation is unavailable, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds to your account
