ORDERS & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Browse any collection, select your piece, and click Add to Cart. Checkout takes under two minutes. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order moves into processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@eloyroyal.com if you need to make a change.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We never store your card details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum order value.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

The total estimated delivery timeframe is 6–13 business days from the date your order is placed.

Orders placed on Friday may begin processing the following Monday.

Do you ship on weekends?

Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

What if my delivery is delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If the issue persists, email us at support@eloyroyal.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@eloyroyal.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@eloyroyal.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

What items cannot be returned?

Items that have been assembled, used, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned. Custom or special-order pieces are also final sale.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@eloyroyal.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

PRODUCTS & ASSEMBLY

Do your products require assembly?

Some pieces require assembly and some arrive ready to place. Each product listing specifies whether assembly is required. Where it is, detailed instructions are included in the packaging. We recommend reading the full instructions before beginning. If you run into any issues during assembly, email us and we'll help you through it.

Are the product dimensions accurate?

Yes. Dimensions listed on each product page are accurate to the manufacturer's specifications. We recommend measuring your space before ordering — particularly for larger pieces like sofas, dining tables, and wardrobes.

What materials are your products made from?

Materials vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. If you have a specific question about a material or finish before purchasing, email us at support@eloyroyal.com.

Do product colors look the same in person as online?

We do our best to ensure product photography accurately represents color and finish. However, screen calibrations vary between devices. If color accuracy is critical for your space, contact us before ordering and we'll provide additional detail.

ACCOUNT & SUPPORT

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. An account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save your details for future purchases.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and carrier details.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

We respond to all emails and contact form submissions within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
