We offer 7-day returns for U.S. orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Eloy Royal piece includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty not cover?
Normal wear and tear, misuse, pet damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or products not purchased directly from Eloy Royal.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. Our warranty team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Are assembly instructions included?
Products that require assembly come with step-by-step instructions, which you can download through the email we send after your order ships.
Where can I download my assembly guide?
After your order ships, you will receive an email titled:
“Your Eloy Royal Assembly Guide Is Ready”
This email includes direct download links for your assembly files.
